All materials are sourced for their sustainability and potential to be composted, reused or recycled. Boards, jars, packaging and utensils are all high-quality and low-impact.
Each board is crafted to be as seasonal as possible, from showcasing citrus in the winter and berries in the summer, to goat cheese in spring and local apples in the fall. Goods are sourced locally as often as possible, thanks to the rich farming community the greater Rochester and FLX areas have to offer.
